The short answer
Most single pre-rolls up to 1 g (a 109 mm king size) are packed in a 116 mm plastic pop-top tube or a 120 mm glass tube; thicker infused pre-rolls need a tube 27 mm or wider. Multi-packs usually go in a multipack jar, a child-resistant box, a tin or a mylar pouch, sized to the count. Vibe Packaging makes all of these, custom printed to your brand.

What size tube fits a 1 g pre-roll?
A 1 g king-size pre-roll is typically about 109 mm long, so it usually fits a 116 mm pop-top tube or a 120 mm glass tube. Filter tips and packing density vary, so confirm fit with a sample of your finished pre-roll.
What size tube fits a 0.5 g pre-roll?
A 0.5 g pre-roll is usually rolled in an 84 mm cone and typically fits a 90–98 mm pop-top tube.
What packaging works for pre-roll multi-packs?
Child-resistant boxes, flat or tube-style tins and mylar pouches are the common choices, and multipack jars hold about 5 minis in short jars or full-length pre-rolls in tall ones. Each is sized to the number of pre-rolls and their length, so tell us both when you request a quote.
Do pre-roll tubes need to be child-resistant?
